I only post what I know is fact. My main source of data comes from the SEC filings. I have premium password access to many sources where the link would not do you any good. Edgar Online, Signal Online, Etc., the Underwriter numbers came from the latest SEC filing. I also check and recheck whatever information I get! There are a lot of rumors I hear about the company, which I don't care to mention. I don't make price predictions because that's one thing I have no control over . . . but since I'm longer than ever, I obviously think it's going up!

Yahoo Insider Numbers Are Incorrect / Misleading
Don't always trust Yahoo Insider numbers or any other Internet statistic as fact! The numbers you see below are all pre-split . . . to the best of my knowledge, no Insider has ever paid higher than $8 a share! I met with Craig Scher the day before his purchase, he paid $7. USAB did a 2-1 split June 16th everything prior to that date, needs to be divided by two!
