Ref: Syquest 's delisting on NASD...

The real kiss of death for Syquest is not from being delisted, but will
be due to the total failure of the EZFlyer launch -- which Syquest is
betting its business life on. Another big mistake by Syquest mgmt.

With all the media attention Syquest has been getting laterly, the average
consumers are getting to know about Syquest 's financial problems.
When the consumers realized that Syquest is very near bankcruptcy,
they won't touch the EZFlyer with a ten foot pole.

No one wants to buy a specialty product like the EZFlyer while knowing
that the company probably will go out of business. Where are they going
to get technical supports and EZFlyer disks in the future? Corporations,
small businesses, and government won't buy them either.

In my opinion, the EZFlyer will never get off the ground or have a
chance to compete with Zip or Jaz. And Syquest will be filling for
bankcruptcy before year end or early next year.

When the average investors and the non-techie institutional investors
realize what Syquest 's bankcruptcy will mean to IOMG 's Zip and Jaz
sales, market dominance, and PC storage standard -- current price
will look awfully cheap by then.
