Remember how Auntie used to tell us that the sh*t was just about to hit the fan? And how Pugs used to say that the outcome of the AZNT/Mann lawsuit would "set precedent", and "change the way bb stocks are hypothecated in the U.S. and Canada"?

Well, folks, it looks as if we've got a settlement!! This is information received; it's still unconfirmed, and lacks detail. But it's most interesting all the same.

Apparently, these were the important points: Mann gets to keep everything he sold and is returning what he has long. Mike is returning the "back and neck" stock to Andy.

And that, it seems, is it. No wonder there've been no joyous announcements.
