this christmas will be a banner year for gap. the leather jackets and coats will raise the average sale per customer to new records. they are selling leather to $500 a pop. they are in the biggest and best malls and have an upscale clientel to start with. whether it is gap, banana republic or old navy, the bottom line still goes to gps. the stock is at a traditionaly yearly low in a down market. the upside is the way to go. no way i would short from here. all this is my own opinion. capt rocky
