Funding Corp. of Coconut Creek, Florida for investor public relations,
investment banking and financial consulting services.

Thomas P. Raabe, Chairman and CEO of Arete, stated that Capital Funding
has been hired to expose the Company to analysts, professional investors and
retail brokerage firms and to attract new partners and business opportunities
to the Company including new customers and clients. Raabe further stated that
since the Company has effectively completed its turnaround and should be
achieving positive cash flow within the current quarter, the Company is now in
a position to launch a capital acquisition campaign to finance growth of its
