Here's the news - while the deal is not signed yet, it is definitive, there are no more negotiations, it's just a matter of lawyers.

GoldenGoals.com Ventures Inc. Announces BSkyB agreement negotiated and New game to launch

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--GoldenGoals.com Ventures Inc. is pleased to announce the completion of negotiations between its wholly owned UK subsidiary, ACC, and British Sky Broadcasting Limited (BSkyB). Terms of the agreement have been definitively agreed and BSkyB has prepared a contract for signing.

GoldenGoals is developing a new game, Premier5-Pools, to be launched November 15, 1999 at www.premier5.com. The Premier5-Pools game will be wholly owned by ACC and operated in addition to the GoldenGoals game.

The game will be branded "Premier5-Pools sponsored by Sky Sports", and promoted across the Sky Sports media platforms.

Premier5-Pools is a designer version of the GoldenGoals game; it is a pool-betting game in which a player will attempt to correctly predict the scores of five F.A. Premier League football (soccer) matches. Premier5 will have a low entry fee (o1), a high percentage payout and will offer a
free version of the game allowing players of all ages to play. The prize fund will be distributed equally to each player who correctly predicts the scores of the highest number of matches. Selling advertising on the site
will generate additional revenues. BSkyB and ACC will equally split advertising revenue after the party arranging the advertising recovers its costs.

Launched in 1991, Sky Sports, a division of BSkyB, now operates five sports channels offering over 2,500 hours of sport each month. Sky Sports programming is available to subscribers across the U.K. with the full range of Sky Sports services - including the world's first live interactive football - carried on the Sky digital satellite platform.

Sky Sports exclusively feature live English F.A. Premier League soccer matches and the Sky Sports website (www.skysports.co.uk) is one of the UK's most popular websites, with a fully audited 16 million visitors per month.

GoldenGoals wholly owned UK subsidiary ACC will aggressively market both of its wholly owned games, the "Win a Million Pounds with GoldenGoals" game (www.GoldenGoals.com) and the "Premier5-Pools sponsored by Sky Sports" game (www.premier5.com). The BSkyB agreement only covers the Premier5-Pools game; ACC is therefore able to negotiate other sponsorship arrangements for the GoldenGoals game and is actively pursuing such arrangements.
