BGR, since the volatility is to their advantage, i don't think so. only a good old bear market will eventually bring them back to where they belong.
and please stop pontificating about the stock market being 'efficient'...it most certainly isn't. as discussed before, the bubble that has formed in the course of the '90's is due to the incredible increase in money supply...it has nothing to do with efficiency, just excess liquidity.
