Edgar would have made a good president, he was a fine governor, bad ticker now though. Thompson has some wife problems that might hurt him. The feds have a new mandate on how child support is handled. Illinois had a good system until the feds moved in. Now I see in the paper the feds have missed the first two payment forwardings and many divorced mothers are in trouble.
