I think they are trying to raise 6 mill to cover there ass in some debts they have. These guys have a majority of the stock and htey are manipulating it some how. I believe they want to do a secondary and until that gets approved they are holding you in. When that gets approved/ bang they release record breaking yr record breaking 1st qtr and big bang secondary to cover there ass on a 6 mill debt. Somthing is time sensitive for some financial institution. This is all speculation but keep in mind these guys want it to go up too and it will. I hope and guess what I don't know shit cause if I did I wouldn't in the same boat as you. This is all speculation.
