Yes, and it's one of those events the analysts are looking for. A confirmation that Open Cable is gaining ground. I just listened to the HLIT CC replay (on the net). They indicate the same thing. They specifically named GIC as losing ground to Open Cable citing MediaOne as an example. Analyst who are now using HLIT as a guide to figuring out Divi just heard this reaffirmed on HLIT's CC... Bully Bully, Top Notch
