I'll talk to you about it in private.....but I think it is very sharp.

I think it takes away the spector of the BANY shares or the 1.3 million insider shares being dumped on the market....a huge dark cloud lifted.

And.....it also makes the same offer to folks that are holding common now...(not you...you sold all yours)....which makes you think hard about selling.....because turning them in on the restricted deal is interesting. Not all common will be turned in.......ANYI will still be the only trading stock for the company....if I read this right.

And.......if the positive effects of the management change.....new direction.....removal of spectors of massive selling....and tight float....somehow gets the stock back up......The warrants might be called (helping the money problem)....another issue addressed.

They could offer the warrant holders the same restricted deal.....and keep those shares out of the float too.

Correct me if I'm wrong....but this deal takes away most of the issued and hanging dark cloud stock.......gives you a reason not to sell.....and gives recent sellers a reason to buy back....and gives the new guys a year to make it happen.

The warrants are not effected......In fact....as the new plans are laid out...and confidence builds back in.....there is a much better chance that the warrants would be called....IMO.

I have a lot of the warrants.....and this is the first time, in a long time, that I think they ever may be worth something.
