Don: MO's case is very particular. It's valuation excluding the legal woes is cheap by any historical measure so it doesn't say much about the macro market picture to me. What is does tell me is that most people believe the money grubbing plantiff lawyers and their "It's someone elses' fault I choose to do bad things to myself" plantiffs are going to BK the industry.
