maybe not...there's quite a bit of talk that they will stand pat until next year. apparently Italy and Spain are trying their best to keep the ECB at bay. if anything it proves what a moronic idea the Euro is...you just can't have a coherent monetary policy catering to a bunch of totally disparate economies.
