IBM - Chart and Technicals

Perhaps this whole IBM thing was a surprise for the fundamental analysts but it seems that the "news" was out in the market, reflected by price and volume, a long time ago...note bear flag formed over the past few days, ending with a big black shooting star at resistance at the 20-day EMA yesterday.

All this after a failed test of the July top in early September.
