I'm a little confused about this offer. What are the advantages of accepting this offer over holding the common stock? Dividend shares are one advantage, but the tradeoff is that you need to wait a year? What will the preferred shares be valued at, seeing that they are not going to be on any exchange? Please help me understand this. CJ
