OSCR: earnings + rapid expansion + internet + aggressive marketing + very low valuation + DD verifying all they have told us to appear valid up to this point + Technically sound chart (appears to have completed 1st wave and in B of corrective wave) + diversification in high tech internet related areas + leading edge in low cost communication services.... The only little hoop to get through short term is for them to complete their full filing and verify with audited figures what they have already told us. If this proves correct , don't miss the quick ride to $20.
