OT**** "Personal responsibility" is a right wing buzzword that was invented to protect large corporations who contribute $$MMs to support the Republican party. The term has no meaning when used to describe the inability that millions of people had and continue to have in refraining from using an addictive product that was heavily marketed for many years by corporations that knew of and profited by this addiction. If you feel strongly about protecting these rich corporations from "irrational" and "emotional" juries, perhaps you ought to move to another country that eschews the jury system. If you really believe that big tobacco is being persecuted but will ultimately prevail, then by all means go ahead and invest in high-yielding, "cheap" MO stock. I won't begrudge any profit you earn from this investment, though you might do better by shorting it...
