I guess being portrayed as having to issue "junk bond" to pay off an acquisition is not conducive to investor confidence. Kind of puts the company in a different category, in some investors' minds I suppose. Why? The very fact that they can easily raise $$$ in this environment is an incredible compliment to the company. Do you know just how hard it is to raise $$$ right now?
