why do i think the xau will reach 140 basis 390 gold?...I just think the next leg up will be the public participation stage and should the Dow continue its bear market in earnest, the gold stock group could be the only area to make any money. As many have said here before, if this new breed of average joe investor starts to take money out of sp500 index funds and move just a little bit into gold stock funds, then the move up could become quite forceful. That level also fits well with some charts, but then again, you can massage a chart to look any way you want it to. :)
