Tom; If it is needed to provide definitive identification of the victim if the rumors about missing dentition prove true it can provide the answer, if called upon. I would suspect the relatives would be able to ID the body fairly well unless loss from natural processes had progressed to the point of ambiguity and DNA testing was the only thing left. If needed there are labs all over the world capable of the work and if the question ever arose about his identity I am sure a USA/Canadian lab would be provided to be certain. The cost is minimal compared with the stakes. Bill
