FWIW, today marks the end of the 30 day DD period. No retraction from the company, and the stock price is holding. 90 days left for financing and regulatory approvals.

Next stepping stone is the financing arrangements.

I would guess that there will be no dilution of shares. Why? I suspect at these prices, the trucking owners would take cash and buy the stock in the open market if so desired. Makes great sense, IMHO!

The trucking owners can pickup 33% more shares this way.
The offer is 1 share deemed at $2.27.
2.27 / 1.70 current price = 1.33

Any takers to this scenario? I had to hold off posting (til this 30 day milestone) so I could ask John, are you finished accumulating yet?? :o)
