As a group they are extensive users of computer and telecom technology. They also use the internet already to exchange information but they lack a centralized resource center to unify and broaden the services. Through Mine Online and Geophysics Online we are creating a live marketplace bringing a very fragmented sector together. We intend to be the number one source for products and services that include equipment, instrumentation, survey data and data interpretation services. We already have extensive sales, rentals and leasing inventory committed by future vendors on both sites. Each of these sites is being designed offering compelling marketing vehicle for companies targetting geophysical or exploration professionals around the world. As a centralized resource for the industry we also intend to be a catalyst and a platform for the formation of joint ventures in the industry. Postings and credential verifications and intermediation services will be provided online to facilitate project partnerships around the globe. We will also offer online request for proposal and request for quote services. We will enable organizations to source around the world. We also intend to be the leading online broker of survey data in the world. We are providing a one stop center of geophysical data gathered from every corner of the world. Before an exploration spends millions of dollars to conduct a new survey in the current environment, they will do a cursory search for comparable data from the region -- either to eliminate the need for their planned survey or to refocus the objectives. To support this key business opportunity we are developing sophisticated search and sort functionality into the site. We are enabling entire transactions to occur through our facilities.
