8A and S-1 were recently filed. Does anyone know when the IPO is tentatively set to go, and other details concerning this? I'm interested in learning more about the Photonics Industry (is there a better industry classification for Agilent) as it looks to be a profitable area for investment. If anyone has any professional background in this area, I'd greatly appreciate your technical view of this company, etc. So far I've come across htttp://www.photonicsdirectory.com If anyone has other helpful links, please post them. Also, what are some of the comparable companies for Agilent? I would imagine that Digital Lightwave (DIGL) is a comp. There are others, but I don't have the research in front of me at this... will post later.
