Ed,

Market makers have to encourage a stock to trade so that they can
make their SPREADS!! The higher the volume, the more money they
make. One of their tricks is to try to take out stop losses.
That's why they probably yanked it down to 19 1/4 today 04/10/97; since most people will put stops at 19 3/8 to 19 7/8.
That's what they do! You can profit from this if you know their
tricks!
