Today is further confirmation of the switch from the a high-tech market dominated by the PC sector, to one that is Internet, wireless, broadband, optical based. The PC related companies that saw the change coming down the road will prosper such as GTW and MSFT. As for DELL, it is weighted down by it's own past success. Like I said at the beginning of the year, DELL has to grow into it's PE, which it will.
