It'd be nice for those parents who fall into a certain risk catagory but you'll find that the HMO's, PPO's and all those other "O's" won't see it that way. Look how hard it is for cancer patients to get the treatment they need paid for.

Genetic testing would also get some anti-abortionists in an up roar.
