Why would he be forced to do that? Now that he has passed the legal hurdles to get the Mexican facilities back there is a great asset value there, plus considerable cash as I understand. Also, as I see it if there are any remaining unsold shares in his or his families names he will probably have to surrender them. No, I cannot see any need for any reverse. Jim J
