Confirmed idiot." This is a given assumption. As for the euphoria, I don't think it is to that stage, yet. More on the excited relief that Q finally made a decisive move in a positive direction. Even though it was news that just confirmed what we know, it was a shot of confidence that many were looking for prior to making a commitment. How committed we'll find out tomorrow.
