"Our" side has yet to submit any discovery questions. BW did, although I'm not sure what their rush was. Here is an example of two of them:

9. Describe any political, economic or social viewpoints you have sought to advance during the past five years.

10. Identify any, political stances or actions you have taken publicly during the past five years to advance any of the political, economic or social viewpoints identified in your response to Interrogatory No. 9.

I'm not kidding.

Yes, they did ask whether I have ever shorted any stocks to which I told my lawyer "no", and to which he replied to BW something like "sorry, there is no reason why we should answer this question." As a matter of fact, he felt that applied to just about every question they asked, especially the two questions above.

As far as the "tone of the proceedings", I really wouldn't know. I know this may sound odd but I've never met my attorneys nor had to show up for a court date; everything is done by either phone or e-mail. The most heated discussions are probably among the three of us in what we'd like our lawyers to pass on to BW. More than likely when we say "hell no", the attorneys translate it to "we're thinking about it"... and vice versa. (gg)
