First of all I didn't say that the $100 restaurant was "cheap". They are both the same quality, but one has to charge $400 to stay in business because their costs are too high!

Second, you won't have to worry about Bruce taking my questions because I don't plan on wasting my time on the calls anymore. For one they are worthless because the Company doesn't give proper guidance. If you want to see how a real company handles a cc, check out XLNX & ALTR cc's (vcall). These companies know how to give guidance and treat their shareholders.

Lastly, I don't like to be lied to. On the Q2 call Bruce said "the book to bill was > 1 on many products by a relatively large amount". When I asked for B to B guidance on this call you heard the answer - "we don't give guidance on B to B".

There are other inconsistencies in their cc comments - I keep good notes on all of them.

So what is my take? I call it like I see it. I am disappointed with the way they are handling this Yamaha transition. I am disappointed that Raphie has no concern for shareholder value. I am disappointed with the way they deal with their shareholders and wall street.

I own a lot of shares, am I going to wholesale dump them? - No. But, I am not going to marry them either. I am tired of dealing with these people and treating xico as a long-term investment- everything is always the second half of the next year. I am going to take a less active role on this thread and in communications with the company and a more active role in trading the stock.
