Alex mentioned twice about how some new VideoCD players are not MPEG compliant. The second time he was asked about piracy, which is a really dumb question, so he mentioned MPEG compliance again. I assume that was a dig at ESS or OAK. It also bodes well for Cube in DVD IMHO. He said there is about a 15-20 piracy rate in VideoCD, which isn't that bad since even in the US VHS piracy is over 5%. In China it's close to 95% for VHS which is just as bad or worse as VideoCD. It's not really the responsibility of Cube though any more than Intel is resposible if people copy things off the internet.
