Technical Chart Indicators @ clearstation.com are improving. MACD lines are converging. I'm looking for a reversal of divergence with the fastline moving up over the slow line, along with some volume increase. I figure the bottom of this thing would be long term 200 ema support(12 1/2), while resistance would be the current 200 ema (15 1/2). Should oil prices go up this winter and cold weather deplete heating oil reserves on the east coast, we may break out to the 18-20 level again.
