All along they have consistently denied causing ANY civilian fatalities!They have even developed some fancy interpretations of their own, such as: the boyeviki are mining houses so that they will explode automatically when a Russian airplane flies overhead; Movladi Udugov (the Chechen propaganda master) blows up houses with dynamite, then pays people to pretend they are dead bodies, or mourners (take your pick), for the photographs.. Actually they are copying Nato's tactics 100%...How many times Nato denied bombing civilians and even accused Serbs for the bombings or staging?
