Tomorrow morning I'm having 10 cubic yards of topsoil delivered. That's 270 cubic feet of dirt, to be dumped in my driveway, and carried by me and Chris in back of the house in a wheelbarrow, and dumped around the poor maple whose roots are all exposed. I hope the kids will help, too, they can carry buckets full. The bucket brigade. And I've got sacks of grass seed for shady areas. Hope springing eternal, and all that.
