ELBO isn't liquid enough to behave technically....additionally (a least prior to the last run to 25) most shares were institutionally owned. I think ELBO is starting it's rise ahead of earnings (11/17) that should be good.....thus unlikely it'll go lower, big market sell off and who knows what'll happen, however I don't expect that and think ELBO will be immune to "market weakness" given it sector.
