How are you at organizing petitions to choose who stays - me or Bill? ;-)

Somehow, Bill feels that disclosure which is hidden or unlikely to be seen by the readers of the thread on which he's posting is sufficient to comply with SEC rules. Or that if anyone suggests that he be held accountable for his own actions, then that person must immediately be banished.

I forgot to include my PM to him in my earlier post.

Bill,

You chose to come to the Dell thread as a tout.

You chose not to fully disclose on that thread who you really are.

You chose not to fully disclose how a change in Dell's price would affect the investments that you manage professionally.

And given the opportunity to make amends thru full disclosure after the fact, you've again decided not to do the honourable and the ethical thing.

These were all your choices.

I'm now preparing the complaint to be sent to the SEC.

You could have easily prevented it. You chose not to.

Another silly decision, IMO.
