All I have to do is keep thinking about the Casino land. A Corporation went in with natives at their casino, The Corp owned 700 acres next to Casino, they had a falling out. the land sat there for 2 years, with fencing, the Corp stock dropped to 1 buck from 10. Well guess what, The Casino bought the land for 40 million. 40 mil went into Corp , stock went from 1 to 10 . lesson of the day, assets are no good till somebody gives ya cash, or you can get cash flow.
