Rob,

Hang in there, because you're right: It may take a few days for this to sink in. Today's finish in both ESTI and PLC may reflect that it is starting (for some reason, ESTI has made no mention of it, and I thought they were a bit ahead in this area.) OTOH, they could have been rallying with the market. If the market tanks and they keep going, then we'll know it had a little effect, perhaps, so we wait . . .
