Erwin,

I think you may have hit the nail on the head.

When I toured the company in June and heard about their expansion plans, I wondered how they were going to staff their very ambitious plans with talent.

By buying out their largest competitor, they, in one fell swoop, have taken care of their biggest impediment to growth. We all knew that WINd had the best products, but in the embedded market place which is experiencing exponential growth, they must have a constant need for software engineers not only to support their ever growing customer base but also to help tailor their products to achieve design wins. By buying out ISI they will now have a bigger pool of technical personnel to help them achieve their plans to be a billion dollar company in 4 years.

Heck now they can probably achieve that target in even less time!

Plus, they can now sell their award winning Tornado Tools to INTS' market.

And of course by buying out ISI, they keep their software engineers from being taken over by the Microsoft juggernaut.

Now that they are the undisputed BIG DOG of the embedded OS world, they will have better pricing power and that should help their bottom line.

And we all know, a fatter bottom line translates into a fatter stock price.

And as investors, that is the bottom line.

I personally think it is a great strategic deal for WINd!

Karim
