Calian Technology Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a contract to develop internal
productivity web applications for JetForm Corporation of Ottawa, Canada. Building on JetForm's e-process
framework, Calian's e-Process Practice will develop productivity applications to support Web-based electronic
service delivery to all JetForm employees. As part of this initiative, Calian has been named a Premier VAR
Partner under JetForm's Partner program.

JetForm which began with Calian's acquisition of JetForm's Why Interactive," commented Larry O'Brien,

The contract involves Web-enabling the existing business processes for employee-facing applications. The
applications will be built using JetForm's award-winning e-process framework and engines, including FormFlow
99 and InTempo 4.0. The resulting e-processes will be fully Web-enabled, and will allow JetForm employees to
access information across an extended reach of platforms, including their desktop, the company intranet, and via
hand-held devices. This flexibility and access to information will allow JetForm to offer a high degree of
electronic service to all employees throughout the extended enterprise.
The Premier VAR relationship represents JetForm's recognition of Calian's elite sales, marketing and service
capability. Direct contact and cooperation with JetForm account executives result in Calian becoming one of
