Hi George,

This is a good read. Keep in mind this is the first and only diamond mine in Canada to this date. The time scale throws cold water on the excitement of any grass roots diamond find like TWG's. Doubtless, the exploration phase may proceed faster, but you should note that government and public interest groups are knowledgeable now on the in's and out's of diamond mines which means the speeded up exploration phases of development now get counterbalanced by the ever lengthening development phase negotiations with governments, natives, environmentalists, etc.
