Hi Jim: The two wells, the one we are waiting for and the one drilling, are about 2.5 miles apart. The well that I saw last night is closer to more people than the well we are waiting for. The well currently being drilled is about a mile due west of the hamlet of Millarville. As to length of time to make a ruling "only the board knows". Regards
