telecomguy,

MCNS is in a major downtrend. I personally would not consider buying any shares until I see some signs of a change of direction. There are many, many more interesting stocks to buy right now if you are looking for something to go up. MCNS dipped below $5 yesterday. That's bearish. This stock is presently a dog and nobody knows where the bottom is. Quarterly reports and analysts' hype are just noise. Investor sentiment is paramount and it is unfavorable toward MCNS now. MCNS does not have an alliance with any big names such as AOL, Intel, and Microsoft to crow about. It is THESE sorts of things that the market will discount into future earnings, not number of hits now. And not veiled references to new deals and so on. As an independent, MCNS must 'show me the money', that's it. Not to mention convince me that the competition with access to the AOL membership will not eclipse MCNS in the future. Look at the chart.

MCNS just reported a whopping -220% earnings surprise and that's an incredible -433% lower than one year ago!! Management may be trying to build the Company, but treating the shareholders like THAT is scary. What could they possibly pull out of their hat at this moment to make the share price go up? Announce that they have sold the Company for $8 a share?

If you want someone to talk to you about the company, try this:

Contact:

Mediconsult.com, Inc.
Ellen L. Turbeville
Director, Public Relations
914/332-6100 (ext. 283 )
eturbeville@mediconsult.com

If you are really serious about doing DD, I should think calling the company (I did) would be at least as important as posting here, where anything can happen.

Good luck,
Bond
