Well, didn't stay long in JAGLX-out at the close yesterday..Amgen-slower growth...Biogen got creamed after hours,,but Oil up strong<g>...Taking a puter vacation,,to much Winter prep work to do...hold the fort down..;^)DD
PS: I might be crazy,,and have been a bear since SKI's ipo,,but have gone long..hoping Winter hype,cold weather, the Mt Snow Winter "X" games,general snow skiing glee,Utah's 2002 Olympics and real estate sales(construction has been booming here) will help to move it up.Oak Hill partners(Texas's Robert Bass),has invested $150mm in the debt laden company-through convertibles,,they now basically control the company(will have 49%,and have 7 of 11 board seats).Bass now holds a larger position than Les Otten(27%)- a visionary,but POS CEO<g> and IMO,they will hold tight reigns(?) on management..I also believe, if memory serves, BancBoston has an adviser in SKI's headquarters as well..the company recently reorganized it's operations,combing East/West divisions into a whole entity,,originally the seperate,financing and all..
