Word in Dublin Pub last night.... Baltimore Technologies whose,price equivalent in London was $3 before the Irish Encryption company rolled into ZERGO and changed name, sees its price at $20 ahead of dual-listing on Nasdaq next month, and raising $110 million at same time, to fund growth and EXPANSION...in North American market... including (according to my pub commentator)discussions about strategic acquisitions, on whom the money raised will be spent!!! Very Interesting..........especially since there are only a limited number of companies operating inthe USA market, with whom Baltimore could have a sensible discussion!!! GO JAWZ....IMHO!
