After looking at the trade log for yesterday only 12,000 shares, of the 40,000 shares traded, we sells. As for the price issue, I have talked with NASD in the past about this and the $4.00 price is not set in stone. having a small dip like yesterday will not effect us. Even if we had a large drop they told me as long as you could explain why then it can over looked. buck
