You win. No NR today. My contact at MLSM advises all MLSM employees were in meetings all day yesterday and all day today. MLSM are trying to finalize a deal with several companies to finance the Airport and Montana properties.
They are also talking with the companies to finance the Potter property if HD bail out.
Spoken with several other MLSM share holders last night, they have advised me that they are consulting their lawyers to see if this deal with HD is a no go what legal action can they take with HD or MLSM. The majority of these share holders got in to this play when MLSM and HD announced their Limited Partnership and that HD would finance this venture. HD are saying they have not raise the 2 million for Potter but the Financial Post states they have 113 million for another venture. They Believe HD are liable for backing out of this deal and also all the B.S. that has been going on. Most of these share holders got into this play because of the HD deal. Will let you what what the lawyers advises them.

p.s. FWIW MLSM may release something as early as late next week if they can finalize the funding for the Airport and Montana projects.
