I only briefly looked at the deal and I think it's an all cash deal. No way to get Zhone shares through owning PRMS. You'll have to wait for the IPO or perhaps some other sort of aquisition which includes a stock transaction. Might be tough given that Zhone isn't a public company.... the question to shareholders of a public company being acquired by a private company will be - why should I take a "flier" with shares of an unknown... in exchange for shares I already have that have value. Of course we all know that Zhone will likely succeed at an IPO simply because of the leadership around it...but not all shareholders have our experiences. OG
