How many points on the upside have already been lost by those who will await the appeal. The recent ruling in their favor makes this one a very big chimp indeed. Good luck to all and keep your eyes on the revenue growth. BTW there will always be competitors and wannabe competitors in such a promising field but it would seem that AFFX has the financial muscle and wherewithal to make a good fight of establishing its proprietary position. All that said, AFFX could be a gorilla in the making and I imagine that lawsuits are part of the move to Gorilladom.
