I spoke with my friend from DRGIE last night, he said they
have discussed sending out a press release explaining the e., but their advisors think it might only confuse the matter more. The good news is that they have submitted the information that the FCC requested, and hope to have the E. removed by the end of Oct. or first week OF NOV.
